Review Note

32 yo F presents w/ rapidly spreading rash on her trunk, extremities, and face. It started 84 hrs ago. She has fever (104F), tachycardia (110), intense skin pain w/ ulcers in mouth and vagina as well as a gritty sensation in her eyes. She started taking carbamazepine 12 d ago for trigeminal neuralgia.
