{{c1::Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD)}} is characterized by persistent inattention and/or hyperactivity-impulsivity that disrupt functioning or development in {{c2::≥ 2 different}} settings. It's most frequently recognized in childhood, but the diagnosis may be delayed until adulthood so long as the Sx have been present since before 12 yo.
