A 26 yo F presents w/ 1 wk of pruritic rash on her chin. She has no other medical problems. 

Pt most likely has {{c1::non-bullous impetigo}}, and can be treated w/ soap/water, removal of crust, and {{c2::topical mupirocin::pharm}} or {{c2::topical retapamulin::pharm}}. 
Notes


Note 1: Nonbullous impetigo is characterized by eroded erythematous papules or plaques w/ honey-colored crust, can be easily spread to other areas of body and close contacts
Note 2: Systemic Abx e.g. cephalexin, and doxy can be used in widespread bullous impetigo, or when MRSA is suspected/confirmed
