Leptospirosis has a wide range of presentations:

Mild: self-limited illness w/ {{c1::biphasic fever}}

Severe (AKA {{c2::Weil Disease}}): {{c2::Liver::organ}}, {{c2::kidney::organ}}, {{c2::pulmonary::organ}}, or multisystem failure.
Notes
Conjunctival erythema, lower back and calf pain are characteristic.
Spread by contact/ingestion of urine of infected animals/rodents
