Thoracic Imaging: Pulmonary Infection
Healed Tuberculosis (TB) presents as apical scarring with upper lobe volume loss, and superior {{c1::hilar}} retraction. Calcified {{c2::granulomas}} may be present as well, which indicate containment of the initial infection via {{c3::delayed hypersensitivity response}}.
