IR: Venous Interventions
Normally, the L renal vein passes {{c2::anterior::anterior or posterior?}} to the aorta to meet the IVC. In {{c3::retroaortic::anatomical variant}} L renal vein, the vein passes {{c2::posterior::anterior or posterior?}} to the aorta, usually more {{c1::inferior::inferior or superior?}} than the R renal vein.
