→ {{c2::body temperature}}: taken by thermometer orally, rectally, armpit (axillary), by skin
→ {{c5::blood pressure (BP)}}: force of the blood pushing against the artery walls during contraction and relaxation of the heart
*{{c7::systolic}} pressure: higher number, pressure inside the artery when the heart contracts and pumps blood through the body (measure of {{c8::left ventricular::which heart chamber?}} function)
*{{c9::diastolic}} pressure: lower number, pressure inside the artery when the heart is at rest and is filling with blood
→ {{c3::pulse (HR)}}: number of beats per minute, {{c4::radial}} (peripheral) pulse or carotid pulse, count while watching full 60 sec or (15 sec x4)
→ {{c6::respiratory rate (RR)}}: number of breaths a person takes per minute
