dysfunctional serotoli cells --> {{c3::inhibin}} decreased, elevated FSH (FSH makes aromatase converts test --> estrogen)

dysfunctional {{c4::Leydig}} cells --> less testosterone, testicular atrophy & elevated LH (bc less test. to - feedback)
