Commit #18683You're in the outpatient clinic seeing a 42 year old patient who has a recurrent SCC that has arisen within a flap from a previous excision on her R cheek (done by one of your consultants 2 years ago). She is very angry about this and says that her GP looked at the previous histology report and said that there was a positive deep margin - which she was never told about.
What are the issues and how will you handle this situation?
