- Postural adjustments of head
- Medial vestibular nucleus -> medial vestibulospinal tract -> motor neurons innervating neck muscles (bilateral)
- Vestibulospinal reflex (VSR):
- Limb extension to prevent falling
- Lateral vestibular nucleus -> lateral vestibulospinal tract -> ipsilateral motor neurons of extensor limb muscles
