R-submodule of \(M\)

The submodule of an \(R\)-module \(M\) is a subset \(N ⊂M\) such that
(i) \(N\) is an abelian subgroup
(2) For all \(n∈N\) and \(r∈R.r \cdot n ∈N\)
i.e. it is also an R-module with the same action
