The standard Ampicillin dose for SSTIs is {{c1::2g IV q 6h}}

Note 1: No renal dose adjustment needed until CrCl <50
Note 2: Amp is always q6 until systemic infx, then you amp up the frequency to q4

For SSTI, there is more ground to cover, so give 2g, instead of just 1g like in UTIs
