Class A has 1 byte Net ID (0-127)
Class B has 2 byte Net ID (128-191)
Class C has 3 byte Net ID (192-223)
Class D and E has no Host ID, but first byte is in range (224-239 and 240-255)
Class A has 1 byte Net ID (0-127)
Class B has 2 byte Net ID (128-191)
Class C has 3 byte Net ID (192-223)
Class D and E has no Host ID, but first byte is in range (224-239 and 240-255)
