- Patient: KPS, comorbidities, surgical risk
- Tumour: functioning/non-functioning, size, local symptoms, mass effect, location (cavernous sinus)
- Treatment: residual tumour post-op, experienced surgeon, resectability, response to medical mx, side effects medical mx
- Management options include:
- Observation
- Medical management
- Surgical decompression
- XRT (EBRT, SRS)
- Discuss at MDT refer to: endocrinologist, ophthalmologist, experienced surgeon
- Consider psych involvement
- Allied health referral
- Genetics ?MEN1
