List the adverse prognostic factors for Neuroblastoma. (2)

- Age: children <18 months have better prognosis
- Histological subtype/differentiation: undifferentiated subtype carries worse prognosis than differentiating or poorly differentiated
- Stage: earlier stage of disease carries better prognosis
- DNA index: hyperdiploid status carries better prognosis, particularly in those <2 years of age
- MYCN gene amplifications: lower copy number of MYCN oncogene associated with better prognosis
- Chromosomal alterations: 1p deletions, 11q deletions or 17q gain can confer worse prognosis
