~50% have mediastinal lymphadenopathy, which can compress adjacent structures causing cough, sob, and retrosternal pain
pts occasionally have severe pain in areas of lymphadenoapthy following exposure to small quantities of alcohol, possibly due to alcohol-induced vasodilation wn lymph nodes
pts frequently have fatigues, B symptoms, and pruritis.
Labs show normocytic anemia, eosinophilia, lymphopenia, and elevated LDH.
