Origin: bone marrow stem cell
Antigen Presentation: No MHCII molecules unable to procerss antigens
Location: DO NOT MIGRATE, found in lymphoid follicles (B-cell area)
Classical Dendritic Cells:
Origin: bone marrow stem cell
Antigen Presentation: MHC present
Location: Lymphoid organs
Origin: bone marrow stem cell
