**Musculoskeletal - Glucosamine and Chondroitin
• Uses: {{c1::supplements for osteoarthritis and joint health}}

Dosing: take with food if nausea or GI upset occurs
• 1500 mg glucosamine & 1200 mg chondroitin PO daily (or in divided doses)
• Continue concurrent analgesic as needed for pain relief
• 6 – 8 weeks for beneficial effects, full benefit at 4 – 6 months
