There are many forms of mens rea in criminal law including
(direct/oblique or indirect) Intention (requirement for e.g murder, ABH, GBH, wounding)
(subjective) Recklessness (requirement for e.g criminal damage, ABH, GBH, wounding)
(gross) Negligence (rarely enough unless gross negligence e.g gross negligence manslaughter, involuntary manslaughter)
Dishonesty (requirement for theft, robbery, fraud)
