-Tubular Na+/Cl- reabsorption; K+ excretion; H2O retention
-Increase in aldosterone secretion at the adrenal gland cortex
-Arteriolar vasoconstriction (increase BP)
-Increase in ADH (vasopressin) secretion at the pituitary gland >> further contributes to H2O reabsorption/retention
