What is the treatment of acute gout?
Acute: NSAIDS/steroid or colchicine + lifesyle modifications 

Prophylactic: allopurinol (decreases urate production) , probenecid (INCREASES urinary excretion), biologics NO role in acute management and should NEVER be started during an acute attack
