Remdesivir and dexamethasone --> if patient hypoxic
Paxlovid --> prevent worsening symptoms if at of hospitalization

- Immunocompromised
- Living in LTC or designated supportive living
- Age 18+ with three or more high risk comorbidities (< 3 doses of COVID-19 vaccine, diabetes and on medications, obesity with BMI > 30, CKD, CHF, COPD, moderate-severe asthma, pregnancy)
- Age 50+ (or 40+ if Indigenous) with two or more high risk comorbidities
- Age 60+ (or 50+ if Indigenous) with one or more high risk comorbidities)
Toculizumab --> inpatient with high flow O2 needs
