In what situations should influenza be treated? What medication are available?
Oseltamivir (neuraminidase inhibitor) -->
  1. Suspected or documented influenza and one or more of: severe or progressive illness, hospitalization required, high risk for complications of influenza (adults >= 50 yo and esp >= 65, children < 5 yo esp < 2 yo, 6-18 yo on longe term salicylate therapy, pregnant or <= 2 weeks postpartum, chronic medical conditions (e.g. asthma, CHF, CKD, DM), immunocompromised, BMI > 40, nursing home).
  2. Consider treating if suspected or confirmed influenza and at least one of: onset <= 48 hrs prior to presentation, close contact with high-risk patients
