Field Change Suggestions:
How would you show Mr. Cardinal how to use an inhaler for his salbutamol? What steps are critical for proper delivery of the bronchodilator?
Ideally, if using an MDI, you would use a Valved Holding Chamber (Spacer).

Steps:
  1. Check dose counter
  2. Shake 10 s, remove mouthpiece, place in Spacer (if have)
  3. Breathe out all the way
  4. Seal, push once, begin to breath in slowly. If no Spacer, push and breathe at same time.
  5. Hold breath for up to 10 s
  6. Breath out slowly
  7. Rinse mouth with water and spit out
