If there is confirmed bilious fluid collecting in the abdomen from CBD injury, perform {{c1::ERCP}} with {{c1::sphincterotomy}} and {{c1::stenting}} if small leak
Extra
This doesn't fix the leak, it just gives the bile a new path of least resistance (instead of going into abdomen, it will flow into the ampulla cuz you placed a stent and destroyed the sphincter) thus the flow is diverted and the leak can heal
Not gonna make a card for this, but large lesions need hepaticojejunostomy or choledochojejunostomy
