Klatskin tumor that has multiple foci of involvement is Bismuth-Corlette type {{c1::4}}

Not a typo. Type 4 is either multifocal or both ducts. Apparently there may be a type 5 that involves "a stricture at the junction of common bile duct and cystic duct" per radiopaedia, but haven't seen anywhere else mention that
