The {{c4::Kocher}} maneuver involves reflecting the duodenum and pancreatic head from the retroperitoneum which allows access to:
 - The infrahepatic {{c1::IVC}}
 - The distal {{c2::common bile duct}}
 - The right {{c3::renal hilum }}

Extra
Named after Emil Theodor Kocher, a Swiss physician and medical researcher. He won the Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine for his work in the physiology, pathology, and surgery of the thyroid. He was born in 1841 and died in 1917.
