Colonoscopy landmarks:

The {{c2::transverse}} colon is {{c1::50}} cm long

Extra

transverse rhymes with transpurse - what do you carry in a purse? - you carry coins - flipping a coin is 50/50 chance - thus 50 cm long

use this mnemonic in conjunction with:

ascending descending - basicall two idential parts (the twins of the colon) - 20 cm in length

Just remember sigmoid ends at 60 - SIXmoid - so just add 20 to that
