The {{c1::medial}} border of the femoral canal is the {{c2::lacunar ligament}}

Specifically, the "crescentic lateral margin of the lacunar ligament" according to Gray's anatomy (see text below), which I think all that means is the concave border on the lateral side of the lacunar ligament, which you can see really nicely in orange in this picture
