Feel free to make your own cards on this. You should likely already know what specific muscles these nerves innervate so I won't make cards on it

1) Obturator nerve = gets all adductors (magnus, brevus, longus) and the gracilis

2) Superior gluteal nerve = gets the gluteus medius and minimus, as well as tensor fascia lata

3) Inferior gluteal nerve = gets the gluteus maximus

4) Femoral nerve = gets all the quadriceps (rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis, vastus intermedius) and the psoas

You should know all these from first 2 years of study and you'll know that these muscles are responsible for the leg movements described in the text
