- Stenosis is going through small hole
- Want it slow to get more blood through
- Sinus to get proper ejection
- SVR: would assume low BP but NOT TRUE
- Coronary arteries get perfused during dialysis
- With low BP, coronary arteries wont perfuse
- Propofol, spinal drops BP
