Bacterial conjunctivitis
- Cold compress
- Lubricating eye drops
- Saline eye washes (eye toilet)
- Topical Abx reasonable if marked symptoms

Many cases resolve in 7 days without Rx
Note DDx in children <2yo without conjunctival injection:
Epiphora (blocked lacrimal/tear duct) can cause accumulation of mucous from tear film which can mimic pus
