Mouth: No lesions on lips. Oral mucosa is moist, pink with good dentition. Tongue is of normal appearance with good bilateral movement. Pharynx is clear without exudates. Tonsils () bilaterally without erythema or exudates. Symmetric rise and fall of soft palate.
