Text
Paracetamol is deacetylated into {{c2::p-aminophenol}} in the {{c3::Liver}} ({{c4::6}}%) and then metabolised in the {{c3::brain}} by {{c3::FAAH}} ({{c3::Fatty acid amide hydrolase}}) into {{c2::AM404}}. This has the effect of activating the {{c1::TrpV1 channel-mGlu5R pathway}} thus coactivating {{c1::the Cav3.2 T-type calcium channel}}, which in turn reinforces {{c1::the descending serotonergic pathways }}
