The epidemiological statistic {{c1::Prevalence}} influences which % of Sensitivity and Specificity can be considered useable for a diagnostic test.

If the Prevalence is 50%, and the test is only 30% Sensitive, it'll have so many False Negatives that it'd be 20% better to just randomly guess.
