B. Supraventricular Tachycardia (SVT)
The picture shows rapid transition from repolarization to depolarization and going back for repolarization. SVT is a type of irregular heartbeat at around 151-250 BPM compared to sinus tachycardia at around 100-150 BPM.

Calculation: Large square method. Between R waves there are 1.9 boxes. 300 divided by 1.9 equates to 158 BPM which is higher than the 60-100 normal resting BPM and 100-150 BPM for sinus tachycardia.
