Pyloric stenosis:

When examined after feeding, often the peristalsis can be seen as a firm, round mass that can be felt in the upper abdomen that “feels like a {{c1::large olive}}”. 
This is caused by the {{c1::hypertrophic muscle of the pylorus. }}
