Signs of Sepsis:

• Deranged physical observations
• Prolonged {{c1::capillary refill time}} 
• Fever or {{c1::hypothermia}}
• Deranged behaviour
• Poor {{c1::feeding}}
• Inconsolable or {{c1::high pitched}} crying
• Weak cry
• Reduced consciousness
• Reduced {{c1::body tone (floppy)}}
• Skin colour changes ({{c1::cyanosis, mottled pale or ashen}})


Shock involves {{c2::circulatory collapse}} and {{c2::hypoperfusion}} of organs.
