Birth Injury: Cephalohaematoma

What: {{c1::A haematoma between the skull and the periostum.}}.
How: {{c2::Caused by damage to the blood vessels in that area during a traumatic, prolonged or instrumental delivery. }}

The haematoma is below the periosteum therefore it {{c1::does not::does/doesn't}} cross the sutures. It {{c1::can::can/cannot?}} cause discolouration of the skin
