Review Note

L.S.  is a 20 year-old male college student. Three weeks ago, he developed fever, sore throat, chills, and headache. He was seen at the university clinic and diagnosed with a viral upper respiratory infection. Now he returns to clinic complaining of moderate epistaxis and oral bleeding.
Medications:    None.
Social History:   No cigarette smoking. No alcohol.
Family History:  Unremarkable.

Treatment would be {{c1::dexamethasone}} and {{c2::high-dose IVIg}}.
