CroupTreatment of airway swelling in croup:

{{c1::Dexamethasone}}, orally {{c1::150-600 μg/kg}}, or intravenously {{c1::300-600μg/kg}}
{{c2::Budesonide}}, 2mg by {{c2::nebulizer}}
If 1 and 2 are insufficient: nebulized {{c3::adrenaline solution}}, 1 mg/mL; up to maximum 5 mg can be given, repeated if necessary after 30 minutes (the effect will last for 2-3 hours: expert supervision of this treatment is needed)
