What istrument is this and what are each of the blades used for?

main instrument for cutting skin
blade places on handle - Baird Parker no.3 most common in small animal - larger handle no.4 more common in large animal
no. 10 blade - most commonly used with large convex surface
no. 11 blade - Used for stab incisions into hollow viscera e.g. bladder or stomach
no. 15 blade - More delicate with smaller convex cutting edge, more precise cuts e.g. urethrostomies
