Neoplasms that can have BRG1 loss include:
1. {{c1::Small cell carcinoma of the ovary, hypercalcemic type}}.
2. {{c2::Malignant rhabdoid tumors}} (rarely).
3. {{c3::SMARC4-deficient}} undifferentiated tumors primary to {{c5::thoracic}}, {{c5::stomach}}, {{c5::pancreas}}, {{c5::kidney}}, {{c5::ovary}}, {{c5::uterus}}, {{c5::skin}}, and {{c5::sinonasal}} (just name a couple).
4. {{c4::Carcinomas}} of the {{c6::lung}}, {{c6::head and neck}}, {{c6::GI tract}}, and {{c6::endometrium}}.
