Lung segments
- RUL → 3 segmental bronchi (apical, anterior, posterior)
- RML → 2 segmental bronchi (medial, lateral)
- RLL → 2 segments (superior and basal) then basal divided into medial/lateral/anterior/posterior
- LUL → superior and lingual segments
- LLL → 4 segmental branches (superior, anteromedial, lateral, posterior)
Combined subsegments per lobe → calculate postoperative predicted lung function
