Front
60 year old lady develops severe central chest pain with radiation to the right arm whilst at a funeral. ECG show left axis deviation, T wave inversions in leads II, III, aVF, V2-V6. Troponins 10. A coronary angiogram shows normal coronary arteries. TTE: moderate apical and mid LV hypokinesis with normal basal systolic function. What is the likely diagnosis?
