In what form may the testimony of a witness in a petition for bail be presented?

If the demeanor of the witness is not essential in determining credibility, testimony may be in the form of:
  1. Duly subscribed written statements given to law enforcement or peace officers.
  2. Affidavits or counter-affidavits submitted before the investigating prosecutor.
  3. Judicial affidavits, if the above are unavailable, subject to direct and cross-examination.
